One has to access abundant grace and this grace has to be effective in them. This coupled with the free gift of righteousness causes that person to reign over every negative or positive thing. The Law is for Unrighteous and wicked people and not for those that have received the righteousness of the faith of Jesus Christ. The must be used lawfully and not abused.
