Dr. Bill Zingrone is a college instructor and secular activist with a PhD in developmental psychology and research interests in cognitive development and evolution, with a driving motivation to dispel outdated religious based ideas about human nature that are ingrained in the folk beliefs of our modern culture. He is a very active member of the secular movement in Illinois. Bill joins us to discuss his upcoming book. He also explains to us what negative effects child indoctrination can have on children and why this is not a good practice. He discusses his role as the Chair of the Secular Coalition of Illinois, and how and why people should support this initiative.
