Congress is discussing two ethics issues recently. One has to do with a proposed ban on members of Congress and some in the executive branch from owning individual stocks. The second one looks at whether there should be ethics rules for members of the Supreme Court. KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson asked her guests what they think about this on A Woman's View.
