Zachery Riggins , musician and business owner, is helping his alma mater, Cincinnati's Withrow High School , celebrate its 100 th anniversary AND restore an arts curriculum long since abandoned. As he shares with our Elaine Diehl, the effort began in the spring with the Withrow Sounds Again! event.
