Thomas E. Weaver has been a criminal defense lawyer in the State of Washington since 1993, arguing hundreds of cases at the both the trial and appellate level in Washington, Alaska, and in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a lifelong student of American history, literature, and politics.
