Made up of esteemed songwriters, musicians and engineers such as Nikhil Korula (frontman for the Nikhil Korula Band), Dimitri Cerny (Tuff Gong World Wide), & Brian Vibberts (recording engineer for Michael Jackson, Eric Clapton, Green Day, Elton John, etc), to name a few, these established artists decided it was time to collaborate to create pop music for the biggest stars in music by writing, recording and creating production recordings of well crafted, accessible, pop songs. Within months of THE ELEMENT’s inception, due to the power and strength of the music as well as the speed of the output, this songwriting team is now managed by Tuff Gong Worldwide. All of this was started by a chance encounter and conversation between Dr Luke (Katie Perry, Miley Cyrus, Kelly Clarkson) & Nikhil Korula, which gave him the idea to put together a songwriting team that could compete with the best because it is made up of the most accomplished musical forces around.
