His journey with self healing modalities for the mind, body, and soul began when he was twenty-two years old. He is trained in Crainiosacral Massage, Chinese Medicine, Auric Reading/Clearing, Reiki, guided meditation, and Meridian studies for Reflexology.

He has learned so much while living in Hawaii about community. He has also been studying through experiencing different healing plant Medicines, crytals, and sound affirmations.
