With the elephants in the Senate, the challenges this country is facing will not be addressed in the foreseeable future. And yet, no one is talking about it. We continue along in la la land.

Let's remember the incredible privilege of being alive at this time in history and being an American. I consider being born poor, the son of a mechanic and a housewife (who valued education and integrity), a huge advantage. I want to make a difference and make America better.
