Anyone who has raised children, that are now grown up and are no longer in need of the day-to-day hands-on looking after of their parents.&nbsp; They may have even moved out of the house, (warning: they sometimes come back). However, even then we are not as hands-on with them as we were when they were younger.&nbsp; This being said, those of us that have found ourselves in this elite group, now have a few life adjustments to make.
