There's a saying amongst the Navy Seals and to date, they have not returned without another team member. 

The saying goes like this: "No man gets left behind." 

So, what does this mean? 

It means they finish the job and then they go back. 

When you're on a mission, there is no retreating from it until the job is done to completion. 

If a Seal goes down in duty, they don't go back for them right away. 

The same goes for life.  

When you get married, and things get tough, nowadays it's really easy for people to quit. 

Right now the divorce rate is sitting somewhere around 53% and the distractions of the internet, social media, and the ability to acquire that dopamine hit faster and more frequently are creating a huge hole in the family unit.  

Remember your vows. They're supposed to mean something.  

We're not always our best all the time and no couple is equally in sync all the time.  

There may have been or will be moments when you have to go back for them. 

They may have had to come back or will have to come back for you. 

Your children........it's important to help them and don't simply write them off as the "black sheep" or the "wild card." Help them get to where they need to go. 

The same goes for your business. 

Employees. 

If you are truly elite, remember, the code..........The Elite Never Retreat. 

At least not until the job is done.
