Can do guided or non-guided)✅ 10 Pages of a non-fiction book✅ 4L Water ❌ No Mindless social scrolling (Clearly define to yourself what productive vs non-productive looks like. Draw clear lines in the sand. The second you become consciously aware you’re scrolling you have to stop)❌ No Porn/Masturbation ❌ No Drugs/Alcohol (Caffeine is okay)❌ No junk food (You will have to draw the line on your own on a instance to instance basis. If you miss one minute of your workout, 1 page of the book, if you have one cookie, if you have one drop of alcohol etc, you must restart.Maxing out our true potential requires us to develop into a specific version of ourselves.
