In our first "A Beer With A Brewer" episode, we are covering the Ella Fresh Hop DDH SHIPA! This is a double dry hopped, single hop IPA, which rather than being brewed with hop pellets, was brewed using hops fresh off the bine!

This isn't the simplest process and involves a lot of work but the taste is worth the effort! Our Co-Founder Flex and Matty "The People's Brewer' talk us though this beer and all the happenings from the brewery.
