We know that we are living in times of great change, and complexity and uncertainty and the old ways of being and doing are no longer sufficient to what is needed. We are in need of ‘higher-order capacities’ and the role of women is absolutely essential. The Dalai Lama spoke about Western women saving the world, Barbara Marx Hubbard speaks about the emergence of a new feminine archetype and the evolutionary woman, the whole woman, the universal woman. And the recently published book, The Way of the Mysterial Woman, is making visible to us a pattern in culture where we are seeing the necessity of a new kind of leadership emanating from women. These new capacities and this new archetype are arising out of a cultural context that is demanding it. The “Hypermasculine culture” no longer serves and a new operating system is showing us what’s possible. My guest today is just such a woman. From South Africa and holding wisdom traditions and deep embodied codes of indigenous knowing and ways of being, Louise Clarke brings to us her gifts of being with the infinite and luminous intelligence of Nature.
