HAPPY NEW YEAR!  It's 2025 and that means new opportunities, new adventures and so much more.  It's also the time to do "New Year's Resolutions" most of which fail.  So I discuss why they fail and how you can try to avoid failing at your goals by looking at them in more detail and how to stick the course.
