This week we are gifted the reminder that it is time to assess where we spend our energy and to release any obligations that are no longer in right relationship with us.

There is such a thing as a good ending and the energy this week supports all of us in making good endings as we approach Dark Moon later this week.

If things do not end, then there is no space for new energy and new beginnings!

Life requires rebirth if we want to stay juicy, engaged and excited about the life that we live.

We cannot continue to do the same things over and over again. Even the most exciting of things will eventually degrade into complacency if we do not shake them up and try new elements or new ways of behaving.

This bit of wisdom remains true whether we are talking about relationships, jobs, vacations and traditions.

Rebirth is a request for novelty and depth. It can be uncomfortable at times but ultimately is the most rewarding of experiences!

Everything eventually comes to its own type of death. And when we get to a place where we can feel the death approaching and allow it without grasping, that is where the real Juice lives. We step into a place of real empowerment and exploration of our lived experience.
