What steps do I need to take to really let go of deeper pain, or deeper trauma?
There are a lot of ideas, a lot of general recommendations, like “you just need to let go of it” or “you just need to accept it”, but what does that even mean, and how do I actually do that?
That’s one of the main purposes of The Emotional Blueprint, of this podcast, is that we feel like we have the answers to that.
Avoidance of thoughts and emotions is the root of all suffering in life. If you really want to have a deeper relationship with somebody else, you ask them questions. If you really want to have a deeper relationship with yourself, you need to start asking yourself the right questions. What are the right questions?
