Short and to the point

A book any business practioner must read. Easy reading for a flight / train ride.

Highlights the "issue" that we are all so familiar with - people all know what's "wrong" but nobody speaks up ! If Sr. Management read the book and "behaved" accordingly a LOT of mistakes / wrong decisions would be avoided
