Poetic Properties with Kamplexx Ep.79 The Empty

          This week was very difficult not only for my personal life but just as a human being. It is so much negativity in the world that is broadcasted and televised under the auspice of being informative. This week it got to me on an emotional level. 

         Unfortunately, this is the world we live in so we must find light amidst the darkness. The intent of this session is to encourage the construction of a safe place both mentally and physically. It’s imperative that we see things as they truly are, and not as they are presented. In having the courage to look behind the curtain we also must have the strength to deal with what we see. 

         My goal is to continue to show vulnerability, to encourage us all to be free to feel the things we do, not so sulk in them but to learn. If we don’t present pain we get no comfort. Silence is a death sentence it forces us to internalize everything we see, hear, and feel; in turn that affects our mental and if we allow these things to compound for too long the load becomes too heavy. The darkest cannot defeat the light we have inside us.
