Amy Duggan is Director, Center for Nonprofit Excellence at United Way of Central New Mexico (CNPE/UWCNM). In 2011 she launched the CNM Encore Fellowship Program and in 2013 an Encore Innovation Project to bring encore led capacity building to grantees addressing education, health, and self-sufficiency.
