The Western Cape High Court has ruled that SABC’s Hlaudi Motsoeneng be removed from his position. Krish Naidoo, recently resigned member of the board, had previously warned about the illegal appointment of Hlaudi Motsoeneng.  He speaks about governance challenges at the SABC and whether is this the end for Motsoeneng.
