The United States Post Office traces its roots back to the late 1700's and was formally distinguished in 1971. It has been a major accelerator to the formation of the United States of America with its ability to distribute information throughout one of the largest countries in the world. However, the past 15 years have been rough for the USPS, as it has seen a major spike in its debt and is currently facing a lot of politically related turmoil. In this episode we briefly go over the history of the Post Office, why it has so much debt, and how it will make or break the 2020 presidential election. We also touch up on the Democratic Index and the rankings of certain democratic countries relative to others.
