And it hit me: what we consume emotionally and energetically matters more than we even realize.

  1. Pause Before You Post: What are you really trying to say or achieve? Let’s be more mindful of the energy we put out.
  2. Prioritize Real-Life Connection: Less screen time, more face time. Let’s be present with the people around us and rediscover the power of in-person connection.
