In this episode, Element14, we interview Adrian Koehler, executive coach and co-founder of Novus Global Coaching.  Adrian shares with us the path he’s taken in life and how he’s been able to successfully build up a successful executive coaching business.

In this first, of a two-part interview we gain tremendous insight into the “entrepreneur’s dilemma” of going at it alone, with all the benefits and limitations that come with it.  It can be lonely as an entrepreneur but, there is a difference between loneliness and isolation.
