Wendy is the founder of Meticulous Matters, a very interesting bookkeeping and accounting services company. Established in 2007, Wendy and her team provide remote, after-the-fact, monthly bookkeeping services to for-profit businesses primarily in service industries. Her business model is to provide monthly, remote, after-the-fact bookkeeping services … which means they are not managing a client's cash, A/P, or A/R. They complete the books and reconcile on a monthly basis, ask necessary questions, and send clean year-end reports and supporting backup to the client's CPA. Their mission is to provide this year-end package so that CPA's have no questions.

Mary is a historian, nonprofit professional, and humanitarian living in the suburbs of Washington, DC. After earning a bachelor's in political science and a master's in history, she founded The Connection Commission, a disability-led nonprofit helping disabled people move their work out of "project purgatory" and into the world. Mary built the organization around a problem entrepreneurs know too well: passion and talent are not enough when the system demands more money, energy, paperwork, and risk than a person can safely absorb. Through caseworker-guided support, practical funding, and a participant-led project structure, The Connection Commission creates safe passage from idea to completed work for disabled entrepreneurs and creatives."

April and Dave are co-founders of MicroOffice Solutions, a micro-office and business services facility in Casper, Wyoming. Before entrepreneurship, April spent 17 years as a practicing veterinarian, while Dave brings 35 years of carpentry and construction experience to the business. The Canadian couple moved to Nicaragua, where they built and managed vacation rental properties and experimented with various other ventures. After being personally rejected by banks and payment processors over having only a virtual business address, they built MicroOffice Solutions to give entrepreneurs banking-credible physical addresses and real workspace. Dustin is the Founder of the video agency, UNION, located in Farmington, CT. He helps marketing teams and agencies use video strategically, not just creatively, to drive clarity, trust, and demand. When Dustin started creating films for businesses, he was only thinking about production, not additional services. But since launching UNION in 2011, he has continued to evolve his business, including being honored with three Emmy's.

Jenny is a retired registered nurse with 30 years of vast experience in hospital settings, ICUs, trauma units, the surgical floor, public health, and long-term care facilities. When she retired, doctors discovered a tumor wrapped around the carotid artery in her brain, a life-threatening condition that required specialized surgery. After a dangerous and complex procedure, she was comatose for days before awakening to find that she could not walk, talk, or recognize her husband. As she worked her way through the therapy that would aid her recovery and teach her to talk again, she became interested in writing. Writing was therapeutic and greatly assisted with her rehabilitation. The story she tells about the beginning of that process is fun and interesting. Today she has written a dozen children's books and is nearing completion of her second medical thriller (with two more to come). She has also become a popular public speaker, discussing how striving to achieve goals, continually progressing, and persevering -even if only taking baby steps- will allow you to achieve great things regardless of obstacles and challenges!
