Have you let the summer get away from you and move you further from your body composition, fitness and health goals? In todays episode of the podcast I share my own experience of having to reset and refocus at certain times. This is normal for everyone and is something I often have to do with clients. Life makes it difficult to be structured and routined and thats ok at times but for the most part we want a solid base from which to work. This is easier to establish outside of the summer months and may be more of a priority for you now.
