This was just a test recording! It's just me talking to my mic. I wasn't going to post it .. but as I listened back, I realized .. it's real, its raw, and its authentic. And it's exactly the kind of energy I want to bring to this podcast and to the world. 

So here it is. The imperfect, unfiltered, spontaneous episode that reminded me (and hopefully you) that everyone has to start someone and that starting messy is still starting.
