      The Lord established the layout and protocols of how the Ark of the Covenant needed to be transferred from place to place. King David made the mistake in having the Ark mounted on a new cart and witnessing the tragic death of Uzza after touching it with his bear hands. In the book of Numbers chapter 3 and 4, the Lord clearly sets out the guideline and instructions. May you be blessed!
