What if the ultimate divine union isn’t something you find with another person, but an integration within yourself?
After an intense season of work followed by a summer devoted to spaciousness, rest and play, I’ve been exploring the theme of duality and the balance between masculine and feminine energy.
In this episode, I’m sharing what I’ve learned about integrating structure with flow, ambition with rest, and logic with intuition as I step into a new season of building my vision. I also explore becoming my own hero, trusting periods of incubation, and why I’m officially reclaiming what it means to be “full of myself.”
In this episode:
Masculine and feminine energy integration
Building self-trust around taking breaks
Trusting seasons that don’t look “productive”
Reconnecting with childhood creativity and play
Self-love, sovereignty and becoming the Creative CEO of your own life

You don’t have to choose between ambition and softness, structure and play, becoming and being. You can hold both. You’ve got you.

What if it’s not your vision that’s delusional, but the belief that you can’t have it?
Lately, I’ve had the overwhelming sense that I’m standing on the edge of a major shift. I can see pieces coming together intuitively, but there’s very little tangible evidence yet to prove where any of it is leading...
So, naturally, I decided to record a podcast episode about it.
Enter the messy, mysterious internal world I’ve been navigating lately—from redefining success and trusting my intuition to confronting shame, acknowledging hidden desires, and opening myself to a completely different vision for my future.
I don’t know exactly how this story ends yet, and that’s kind of the point.
Right now, I’m learning to trust what I see, stay open to what I can’t see, and let whatever has been planted beneath the soil emerge in its own time.
In this episode:
Trusting your vision before you have evidence
Why a little “delusion” might actually be necessary
Redefining what success looks and feels like
Following intuitive breadcrumbs without forcing an outcome
The unexpected desire I uncovered for a business partner
How shame can hide our deeper desires
Creating space for what wants to come next
A peek into the Creatrix Codes and Spiral Path work

What if the voice inside your head could become one of your greatest allies instead of one of your biggest limitations?
In this episode of The Erin Wilson Show, I’m joined by author, speaker and mindset expert Caroline Salvador, whose first book, The Powerful Little Voice, explores the relationship between our inner dialogue, self-belief and the way we move through the world.
Caroline and I first met nearly a decade ago through a personal development program, and years later, I had the honour of designing the cover of the book that grew from her own journey through fear, doubt and personal transformation.
We talk about learning to recognize the thoughts quietly running in the background, the difference between fear and intuition, why simply forcing ourselves to “think positive” isn’t always the answer, and how self-trust grows when we learn to believe ourselves—not just believe in ourselves.
We also explore what happens when you begin letting yourself want more: bigger dreams, deeper fulfillment, greater possibility. Instead of looking at someone else’s life and thinking, “I could never have that,” what if you could look at it and say, “Ooh…that’s for me, too”?
Caroline shares the very real process of writing The Powerful Little Voice while simultaneously living its lessons, including the moments when her own beliefs about worthiness brought the writing process to a standstill—and how becoming a new version of herself ultimately allowed her to bring the book into the world.
We get into self-worth, play, joy, creativity, comparison, courage, infinite possibility and the uncomfortable-but-beautiful process of becoming someone capable of holding a bigger vision for their life.
Because maybe everything you need to take your next step isn’t somewhere outside of you.
Maybe it’s been inside you all along.
If this episode resonated with you, I'd love to hear your biggest takeaway.

I share:

The big vision that I'm building:
I’m building a container for women to experience coming home to themselves through play, curiosity, creativity, and expanding into infinite possibility—the process I’ve been moving through unconsciously for years and have finally been able to name.
It’s a space for visionaries, founders, creatives, and women simply craving more depth, beauty, connection, purpose and creativity, to:
There are a lot of pieces still coming together. The doorway to move through this sacred framework opens this fall.
For now, here's how you can begin:

What would you choose if you stopped asking what was realistic, and finally gave yourself permission to imagine infinite possibility?
In this special episode of The Erin Wilson Show, I'm sharing a free overview of The Possibility Script Method: my 5-step identity + reality upgrade practice for visionary women, founders and creatives ready to get radically honest about what they desire, expand what feels possible, and begin embodying their next-level identity.
We'll explore my Possibility Gap framework and why imagining a new reality is only part of the process. We also need to become increasingly available for it through embodiment, belief and aligned action.
I'll walk you through the five steps I use to create a Possibility Script, from setting the space and shifting into a playful, embodied state to free-flow scripting and bringing the practice into everyday life.
This isn't about writing down a dream and waiting for the universe to deliver it.
It's an experiment in possibility.
An invitation to stop rehearsing the limitations of your current circumstances and ask a much more interesting question:
If anything were possible… what would I choose?
If this overview sparks something in you, you can go deeper with me inside The Possibility Script Method Deep Dive, where we'll explore envy, desire, embodiment and identity, I'll share the audacious script I'm currently working with, and you'll be invited to create your script alongside me.

What if your biggest barrier to abundance is the story you've been taught to believe about money?
In this episode, I invite you into a mindset shift that I've been actively working through myself: separating money from morality and redefining wealth as a resource that allows us to create, serve, expand our impact, AND enjoy life.
Together, we explore how nervous system regulation, self-worth, and infinite possibility shape our capacity to receive more—and why the value you create deserves the resources required to sustain and expand it.
In this episode, we explore:
Because becoming the Creative CEO of your own life means giving yourself permission to build a vision that's fully supported by the resources it deserves.
If this episode resonated with you, I'd love to hear your biggest takeaway. Share it on Instagram and tag @erin.rachel.wilson so we can continue the conversation.
What if slowing down wasn't a detour from your path, but the key to unlocking your next level?
In this episode, I share what has been unfolding during a season of unexpected spaciousness in my life and business, and the surprising lessons it's taught me about momentum, trust, and sustainable growth.
From training for my first trail 10K and learning to work with my body instead of against it, I reflect on how our biggest breakthroughs often happen when we stop trying to force progress and instead slow down and make space.
I also share a personal realization that emerged from spending more time alone—the clarity that I'm no longer trying to build my vision by myself, but am ready to call in the right business partner to build it alongside me.
In this episode, we explore:
Because becoming the Creative CEO of your own life isn't about moving the fastest—it's about building the capacity to keep moving for the long haul.

What if the biggest factor influencing your leadership, creativity, and capacity isn't your mindset—but your nervous system?
In this first-ever guest episode of The Erin Wilson Show, I sit down with Registered Massage Therapist Deborah Robison to explore the powerful connection between the vagus nerve, nervous system regulation, and sustainable success.
Together, we unpack why so many ambitious people find themselves stuck in cycles of stress, overthinking, and burnout—and how learning to work with the body instead of against it can change the way we lead, create, and live.
Whether you're building a business, leading a team, pursuing a big goal, or simply trying to feel more present in your everyday life, this conversation offers practical, accessible tools to help you create a stronger foundation for everything that comes next.
In this episode, we explore:
Because becoming the Creative CEO of your own life isn't about pushing harder—it's about building a life your body can thrive in.

What if the success of others wasn't evidence of what's unavailable to you—but proof of what's possible?
In this episode, I share an update on the evolution of my businesses, the vision behind The Erin Wilson Show, and a new content approach I'm calling the Weekly Inquiry.
This week's inquiry explores comparison, envy, competition, visibility, and the belief that there is room for all of us to succeed.
Together, we'll examine how social conditioning influences the way we relate to one another, why envy can be a powerful source of information, and how collaboration often creates far more impact than competition ever could.
I also share a personal reflection on integrating different parts of myself and learning to trust that authenticity is the most sustainable strategy of all.
What if envy isn’t something to judge yourself for, but a clue pointing you toward the life you actually want?
In this episode of The Erin Wilson Show, I share the intuitive journey that led me to book a solo artist residency in Provence, France—despite fear, uncertainty, and it not fully “making sense” on paper.
We explore:
I also reflect on “fool consciousness,” colouring outside the lines of your life, and how the universe mirrors the possibilities we allow ourselves to believe in.
If you’ve been feeling called toward something bigger, softer, freer, more creative, or more aligned—this episode is your reminder that the call itself may be the invitation.
