This podcast provides a short historical overview of the erosion of constitutional protections in the United States. It starts with the Warren Court which saw the expansion of individual rights by placing limitations on government, then shifted under the Rehnquist Court where there was a significant erosion of the Bill of Rights, and subsequently with the war on drugs and post 9/11.
