In other news, Salesforce announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Fin, formerly Intercom, an industry-leading customer agent company.  Finally, Blackbaud announced a new Chart of Accounts Health Advisor coming to Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT to help nonprofit finance teams gain greater clarity, consistency, and confidence in their financial data with an always-on, intelligent view in the health of their chart of accounts.
