On this week's episode of The Intellectual Stew, we're going to turn Monday Night Live into "The Escape Room." We're going to mix up the panel with men and women and are going to enter the Escape Room. We will escape the negative rhetoric, the preconceived notions, and all of the outside forces that seek to keep us divided and just talk.

In The Escape Room, we promise that:

1. We will be active listeners.

2. We will listen to hear, not just listen to respond.

3. Respect other's opinion.

4. We won't be condescending.

5. Participate in point the finger itis.

Imagine that-black men and black women having a productive conversation about relationships. I'm optimistic. So, let's do it.
