Beloved thank you for tuning in to Biblical talks, there is a movie out- call ( The Essential Church) this movie is a feature-length film that explores the struggle between Church and the government throughout history. This story takes us to John MacArthur's testimony as Grace church took her stand against the state as they try to close down the church in California during Covid. This movie take us to multiple countries and uncovers those who have sacrificed their lives for what they believe in.

I am so grateful for this interview, for the faithfulness of the brothers represented in this movie, the stand they took, and how they stood firm in the word despite what came at them. In Eph 6 Paul said “Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. The Bible speaks of believers as pilgrims. As pilgrims, we are to walk through the world. The Bible speaks of us as witnesses, and we are to go to the ends of the earth. As athletes, we are to run. We are to run with our eyes fixed upon the Lord Jesus Christ: “… and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith …” (Heb_12:1-2). However, when the Bible speaks of us as fighters, it says we are to stand.
Since the fall of man, every day has been evil, a condition that will persist until the Lord returns and establishes His own righteous kingdom on earth. Standing firm against the enemy without wavering or falling is the goal.
