Erowid.org is a database that has hundreds of anonymous submissions of people's experiences with different substances. The story I chose to read about was of a man who went through a traumatizing mushroom trip that ended up showing him the importance of taking care of his body, allowed him to seperate himself from his 22 year long addiction, and break free from it.

I decided to make this solo episode as I wanted to get a message across that I have needed for a while & I know some of you do as well. We are going through a crazy shift and it's important for us to be composed and allow the answers to come to us instead of pushing them further away.
