Communion, Lord’s Supper, Eucharist are titles given to a sacrament, ordinance, or rite celebrated by Christians around the world. The origin of this act of worship comes from the institution of Jesus Christ, but the meaning and practice have a long and broad history, leading to, as we all know, a wide breadth of opinions and consequent division.
