Today, we’re delighted to be joined by Fanny Garcia, who’s the coordinator and project manager at the Galerie du Zéro Déchet, so the gallery of zero waste here in Nantes, which is an association that is kind of the center-point aiming to bring together all local actors interested in the topic on the scale of the metropole.
