After discovering the missing children under the care and protection of two commoners and a collection of fey, they learned the children had indeed been kidnapped--from abusive families. Upon learning this, the party decides to return to Midreach and confront or possibly kill Duke Polton...but find that Midreach has an unexpected visitor.
