When you start to feel stuck and lost and unmotivated things like self-doubt, isolation, going ghost, and straight up avoiding things are all common habits and signs of it being time for a break of some sort, or its time to change the space that you are in. feeling defeated and tired and wanting to give up is normal but when you have come way too far to go back that's when its time to level up and come back harder at whatever tried to defeat you.
