Dale was elected to the position of District Superintendent for the Florida District in 2019. Prior to this he was the lead pastor at Medford Oregon First Church of the Nazarene. He founded and lead the BridgeWay Community Church in Pekin, Illinois in 2005, and it continues to be a thriving ministry. A passion for church planting is a strategic part of his ministry.
