When we live a life of grace and walk by faith, we will confess what we believe. The Law came by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. As Christians, verbalizing our beliefs is an automatic response to receiving what He wants to give us. Depending more on ourselves than on the finished works of Jesus takes us out of grace and back into works and self-effort.
