• Sabrina is a Hypnocoach, and is accredited in RTT, hypnotherapy, NLP, Life Coaching, and Numerology (which she calls her party trick ; )
• She predominantly supports Company leaders with procrastination, Imposter Syndrome, and confidence (which she identifies as the tip of the iceberg)
• Sabrina describes how the word ‘business’ didn’t feel good to her and she found out the root of the word comes from the word anxiety!!
• She looked into the word ‘company’ and the multilayered meanings here alluding to connection, leadership, and union she much prefers
• Sabrina discussed how supporting company leaders results in much larger impacts in communities
• She supports these leaders with their subconscious blocks and beliefs on a root cause level instead of just treating the manifested symptoms and tactics
• We explored creating from ‘busyness’ versus from our deeper power and how that differs in terms of outcomes (the stones in the water metaphors)
• We discussed RTT, including my experience as a client and Sabrina’s detailed view as a practitioner
• Sabrina shared what mental health revolution means to her, and it’s all about truly honouring, feeling, and allowing our feelings 
• She shared how the positive thinking movement can turn positive experiences into polluted experiences because we try to think our way out of feeling
• Sabrina describes how feelings can be messy, and not very ‘corporate’, and the importance of EQ and authenticity at work
• She gives us a subconscious mind trick!! Never ask why you’re feeling what you’re feeling because you’ll always hear an excuse or surface reason. Instead say to yourself, “I’m feeling this feeling because…” and it will lead to the deeper reasons and keep going deeper with “because…because…”
• Sabrina shares what her risk taking has been about in order to go after her dream that’s in service to Self-ness
• She followed her gift to support people in the way she had once ignored because of fear and perfectionism, but her talent to support others was even on her Kindergarten report card
• Sabrina lays out the chronic unexplained back pain and gut issues she experienced when she wasn’t listening to her deepest knowing, and how she overcame this pain
• I point out one of the states of conditioning so common for therapists: waiting for someone to give us permission to do what we want to do and how we can get credential after credential to try and get that powerful other to give the okay - but we need to define ourselves!
• We discuss feeling the fear and doing it anyway in life as bravery, and Sabrina names rejection as the most common and deepest fear that’s tied to evolution because of the deeper fear of death as a dependent mammal
• She states, “if we need a greater reason for self-development, it’s evolution!”
• We discuss the pursuit of happiness as an evolutionary shift beyond survival
• I again share the key question I ask that helps me overcome survival fear and ego blocks - What’s worth being criticized for?
