The Examen is an ancient prayer practice that invites us to intentionally seek the presence of God throughout the day that has passed and anticipate and ask for his presence in the day ahead. At the end of each day, take time to quiet your heart and mind to reflect on and notice the Lord's presence with you as we pray and ponder together.
