Tom Terwilliger is a former Mr. America winner, Olympia competitor, and current coach and personal trainer. Tom has been many things in his life, not by choice, but by necessity. He thought that he would be a bodybuilder forever, and although he has maintained his physicality throughout all his phases in life, he was forced to quit his professional career after an unexpected accident. He started as a misunderstood kid who was sent to special ed classes. This feeling of being an outcast led him to joining a "Brotherhood" biker gang. Eventually, with goals to win Mr. Olympia, and Mr. America competitions, he realized he had to leave those things behind that did not serve him. Even after bettering himself, in the peak of his career, a bike accident cut his career short, and forced him to reinvent himself once again.

This is part two of our amazing interview with mountaineer Aron Ralston of 127 hours fame. Aron was trapped under a boulder when it fell on his hand and forearm in blue john canyon, and had to survive 127 hours, until he decided to cut his own arm off in order to escape to safety. Aron Ralston is a mountaineer and engineer, known for escaping an impossible situation through sheer will power and bravery. He was trapped by a rock while climbing in Blue John Canyon, and was forced to break, and amputate his own arm in order to escape. He was found a few hours later by a rescue helicopter, allowing him to survive, despite being stranded for six days, and losing 25% of his blood.
