In this first (but really second) episode we will explore imposter syndrome and self-sabotage and how to deal with them. Towards the end of the episode there's something somewhat like a guided meditation that is better experienced than explained. Pardon the unedited (ish) sound quality as I try and ease myself into this podcasting thing.  I hope you enjoy!
