The physical environment that you work in can have a big impact on helping you (or hindering you) perform. Whilst you don't need to go to the lengths of taking your workplace standards to the level of the McLaren Technology Centre (see video link below for a view), be aware of if and how your environment is contradictory to what you're trying to achieve and the messages that you're looking to give to your customers and your team
