In a few deft touches of the ball by Antony in Der Topper on Sunday, Sebastien Haller saw more magic than his former teammates managed to produce over entire ninety minutes of water-logged football away to Stockport. Elsewhere, Brighton & Newport managed to make even a penalty shootout uninspiring while Carlos Vinicius put a team of trainee plumbers to the sword by thrashing the ball home from about six inches out. We recap all of the "magical" action from a weekend that has us wondering whether "malaise" wouldn't be a better description of England's oldest trophy.
