Have you ever been to New York City? If you have, you most likely know of a little suburb called Chinatown. Chinatown is a densely populated neighborhood that attracts many tourists with its Southeast Asian restaurants and shops. I remember my visit to Chinatown as a senior in high school; and I can assure you, it was an interesting experience. 

I had heard word from others who had visited Chinatown that the venders were, shall I say, a bit on the “aggressive side.” So, I thought I’d have a little fun and maybe come out with a bargain. I walked into a shop with a group of friends, and I heard a man say, “Psssst, come here..."

There are not many stories in scripture that compel me to deliver the hope of the Gospel then the story of Phillip and the Ethiopian Eunuch. In Acts 8 we find a the beautiful drama of how God meets a humble servant of the Lord with a powerful and distinguished man with many questions. I believe it testifies of God’s value on one eternal soul and proclaims to the world that He is “…not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance” (II Peter 3:9).

Do you remember as a kid being all excited that you had a magnifying glass? Or what about putting a quarter in the binocular machine at the zoo to see the giraffes and elephants from far away.
