God is faithful in every way, and today we're here to talk about it with Simi John.
Asbury RevivalGod is doing something miraculous within our world, and it is a beautiful thing to see. On February 8, students went to Chapel at Asbury University, as usual, but this time they didn't leave once the worship concluded after the benediction.
Witnesses testify about a sweet Presence that was so palpable in the atmosphere that no one wanted to leave. Today, that revival continues to persist, and I am looking forward to seeing what God does with these young people as a result of this beautiful move.
Thousands of people have been traveling to Asbury, but it is my hope that we remember Psalm 22:3 in the King James Version tells us that God inhabits the praises of His people. That means we can also grow in awareness and sensitivity to God's Spirit anywhere we lift up our voices to worship Him.
THIS WEEK, WE'RE REFLECTING ON ACTS 12What's interesting about this text is that had the early believers stopped praying in defeat and disappointment about what happened to James they would never have encountered the amazing miracle God wanted to do with Peter. Just in case you're feeling discouraged, I want to encourage you to keep praying. God still has a plan.
