Steve is a veteran of the United States Army and Law Enforcement. His family has Founded the Company Targeted Motivational Engagement (TME). This family is one of winners, they have worked as a team to establish a brand that is rooted in competition, support and constantly moving forward together. Both of their daughters are CrossFit Teenage competitors and never afraid to get their hand dirty on the family homestead. 

In this episode Mike sits down with Steve and his daughter Kadi, they talk about the principles that make this family unit so strong. How transparency and real talk are the norm, what one goes through they go through together! This is a family that is moving forward in big ways and anyone that is a parent will want to have a notebook ready!! 

Steve also authored a book titled "Your Greatest Investment" which he writes about the successes they have had in establishing a Family Foundation. All real-life and practical advice that will produce strong, confident, and compassionate children!
