Today I'll be chatting with Ben Collier, CEO of The Farmlink Project. Farmlink is working to decrease both food waste and hunger by connecting farmers to food banks. I first heard about The Farmlink Project during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic when they were rescuing fresh food from farms, that would have otherwise gone to landfill, to feed hungry people. The work that they do is amazing and I'm excited to learn more!
