Siddharth Shyamsundar has a masters in work and organizational psychology and is currently leading the conceptualization of assessments at Jombay. He was one step away from a career path in professional racing that instead propelled him towards a future studying psychology and human factors analysis involving airplane pilots.

Sid and I discussed paths not taken, the environment, technological advancement and its implications for employees. We also chatted about his specialization of workplace simulations and gamification, mental illness and mental health and a changing world of work and life due to the COVID pandemic.
